To ensure that Cardiff is a clean, safe and attractive environment which people can enjoy and care for at a local and global level.

To ensure the delivery of high quality public services which are co-ordinated, maximise efficiencies and place citizens at the heart of decision making.

Cardiff’s Vision will be delivered by a framework of strategic partnerships, consisting of:

• Strategic Partnerships

Via a joint commitment to engagement and consultation the long term aspirations of the city will also be based on the views and priorities of those who live and work in Cardiff
